BTS’s Promotion Plan For Upcoming Single ‘Dynamite’
BTS has new music coming later this month, and fans have been uncontrollably excited ever since the band first announced something exciting was on its way some time ago. The group is known for trickling out pieces of information, but today representatives for the septet shared a full schedule of events, interviews, and premieres set to take place throughout the month of August, and it looks like ARMYs (the name that die-hard lovers of their music have adopted) have a lot to look forward to.
Those who adore BTS already know that “Dynamite,” the first single from their upcoming new album (which doesn’t yet have a name or proper release date) is scheduled to drop on Friday, August 21, but when a band is as massively popular as BTS, there’s a lot that surrounds such a launch.
Before anybody can hear the new song in full, the seven-member vocal outfit is going to kick off a campaign with several teaser photos, which should set the mood and tone of this era. Three snaps will be shared starting in less a week from today (August 4).
After “Dynamite” officially premieres (both the song and the video), the group is slated to promote the cut with some of the most high-profile media spots possible, including interviews at the Today Show and MTV’s Fresh Out Live, as well as a performance of the song (the first ever) at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards at the end of August.
By the time September rolls around, it’s very likely that “Dynamite” will be another huge hit for the band, and it may even start off as their highest-charting yet.
